Press brake
Press brake forming or braking is one of the oldest mechanical metal deformation processes. During the process, a piece of sheet metal is formed along a straight axis. This may be accomplished by a “V”- shaped, “U”-shaped, or channel-shaped punch and die set. By press brake metal fabrication we can produce any type of metal product. For instance, HMH Iron Design produce:
- metal cladding:
- custom furniture – tables, benches, cabinets, chairs;
- fireplaces;
- partition walls;
- railings.
Some metal pieces can be manufactured only by using press brake facilities. By this instrument, you may bend the steel sheet to a desirable shape. Our metalshop works with brass, aluminum, bronze, stainless steel, cold-rolled steel, wrought iron. We can cover all materials with various types of metal finishes. All colors and styles, including patina, you can review on this page.
